The Department of Computer Science & Engineering is pleased to announce that it has received a research grant of Rs 5,57,000/- from the Madhya Pradesh Council of Science & Technology (MPCST), Bhopal on March 31, 2025.

The main goal of this research is to develop advanced computational approaches for improving Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV) protein sequence analysis and lesion imaging. The specific objectives of the project highlight the need for innovative computational techniques to enhance understanding and management of HSV- related infections through better protein sequence analysis and lesion imaging methodologies.
