About The Course

The M.Tech Program in Computer Science and Engineering focuses on equipping students with an in-depth understanding of advanced concepts, techniques, and technologies. The program aims to foster research and innovation by providing students with the necessary skills to conduct independent research and contribute to the existing computer science and engineering knowledge.

In 2023 India’s technology industry revenue, including hardware, is estimated to cross $245 Billion, an increase of $19 Billion compared to the last year.

The Domestic technology sector is expected to reach $51 Billion. In terms of rupees, the domestic tech revenues are expected to have a 13% year-on-year growth primarily due to the continued investments by enterprises and the government.

The industry remains a significant job creator, adding nearly 3 lakh employees, resulting in a total employee base of around 5.4 Million.

With the advent of new technologies and the increasing dependence on digital systems, CSE professionals will be in high demand for years. The dynamic field promises a challenging and rewarding career path for those willing to learn and adapt.

Pre-Requisites

The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Madhya Pradesh, conducts admissions to the M.Tech Program. The candidates will be offered admissions based on Degrees with some specific Branches (Such as Mechanical Engineering, Automation & Robotics, Automobile Engineering, Industrial Engineering and other relevant Branches). Candidates will be allotted seats through MP Counselling based on the merit list.

A valid GATE Scorecard will give students a stipend of 12,400 /- from MHRD
