ADROIT TRAINING DEPARTMENT
The Prestige Institute of Engineering Management and Research (PIEMR) has established the “Adroit Training Department” to strategically enhance student employability, career readiness, and preparation for government sector careers. This dedicated department aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world demands through focused initiatives and structured programs.
Objectives of Adroit Training Department:
- Enhanced Employability and Placement : The department provides training in English Usage & Verbal Ability, Communication, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning and Coding to align students with industry expectations and boost placement success.
- Holistic Personality Development : Through soft skills training, etiquette workshops, and confidence-building sessions, students gain crucial life and professional competencies.
- Support for Competitive Exams : Students aiming for GATE, IES, SSC JE, UPSC, and other government exams receive in-house coaching, reducing dependence on external sources and improving success rates.
- Cocubes Online Assessment Platform is used alongside by Adroit Training Department that enable Students to face assessments and evaluate their preparedness and readiness both in technical and non-technical domains.
