Abstract

The Wireless Sensor Networks are limited by the majority of products with limited resources. In IoT enabled Wireless Sensor Networks, there are still many unsolved research questions. These include power consumption, efficiency, routing, and network security. Power regulation is an effective method in order to reduce the consumption of energy in Wireless Sensor Network. Wireless Sensor Networks has several nodes connected to the network, capable of measuring network output through transmitted power. This work presents a comprehensive study and practical implementation of the Wireless Sensor Network system in agriculture sector to enhance energy efficiency using IoT. Energy consumption is a serious concern with IoT positioning, mainly in sensor networks where devices are often controlled by limited power sources. The research aims to address this challenge by reviewing present energy-efficient techniques and proposing a novel algorithmic approach to optimize energy consumption in agriculture field while maintaining the network. The proposed method reduced the power consumption by 10% and power saving enhances by 98%. This method results overcome Sensor Node energy limits and increase the lifespan.
